This post reviews a compelling case of a 60-something-year-old man with chronic dysphagia, ultimately diagnosed with achalasia and co-existing Candida esophagitis. We explore the imaging findings, differential diagnosis, and treatment approach, following expert radiologic and clinical interpretation.
