Silicone Granuloma: When an Axillary Mass Is Not Breast Cancer

This case demonstrates how multimodality breast imaging, comprehensive clinical history, and evidence-based radiologic interpretation revealed a silicone granuloma—a benign foreign-body reaction that can closely mimic breast cancer.
